This June, get your heart pumping with 3 Gymondo workouts led by some of our LGBTQIA+ allies who amplify, support and empower each and every one of you!

Workout 1: Be Strong

Duration: 27 Minutes

Level: Beginner

Let’s celebrate ourselves and embrace our strength during Pride with this full-body workout by master trainer and LGBTQIA+ ally Alfred Ntiamoah. From burpees to squat thrusters to push-ups and Russian twists, get ready to move with pride as Alfred leads you through this challenging yet doable full-body workout.

Workout 2: Love Your Body

Duration: 23 Minutes

Level: Intermediate

There’s no better time than now to love your body. This June, shower yourself with love all month long! Thank your body for all it can do with this bodyweight toning workout by Andrea Espada. Get ready for the perfect blend of squats, lunges, froggers and more effective toning exercises as you complete 3 rounds of this circuit-style sweat sesh.

Workout 3: Embrace Yourself

Level: Beginner

Come as you are and let the power of this yoga class embrace you. Just like Pride, Embrace Yourself is focused on self-love and acceptance.
